Cooking Class in Tuscany | Italian Cuisine Courses
Some of the most popular Italian cuisine courses include pasta-making classes, where you can learn to make fresh, homemade pasta from scratch. Other courses may focus on regional specialties, such as the rich sauces and hearty meats of Tuscany, or the seafood dishes of the Amalfi Coast.
In addition to cooking classes, there are also courses available that focus on Italian wines and how to pair them with the flavors of Italian cuisine. These courses can help you deepen your understanding of the complex flavors and aromas of Italian wines, and how they can complement and enhance the flavors of the food.
This Italian Cooking Lessons – based in our restaurant kitchen Osteria la Gramola near Florence in the beautiful Chianti region – will start at 10:00 a.m. . The lessons will finish at around 2:30 p.m., after lunch.
Everything is included, also all the recipes you cooked in order to remember everything. You will also receive a nice present to be taken home, which will remind you your cooking experience at La Gramola and make you willing repeating the experience in your own kitchen.
You can do one or more lessons (as you desire), each lesson will be different, you will grow and your preparation will give you the ability to be a real tuscan chef!
