Walk with a professional Truffle Hunter and his Dog.
Understand the essence of this special hunting and enjoy the Nature that surrounds us.
- 8:30 a.m: Meeting at Osteria La Gramola for a nice coffee together. Transfer to the Wood with own car (transportation not provided).
- 9:00 a.m: Meeting with the Truffle Hunter and brief explanation of the hunting and collection, the different types of truffles and their features. The Dog: education and supervision.
- 9:30 a.m: Truffle Hunting in the selected Wood.
- 11:00 a.m: Back to the cars: goodbye to the Truffle Hunter and return to Osteria La Gramola.
- 12:00 noon: Lunch at Osteria La Gramola with the ‘Wood’s delights’.
Lunch Menu:
- Chianina Beef Tartare with Truffle
- Leeks and Potatoes pureed soup with Truffle
- Puffed Gnocchi with Truffle and Pecorino cream
- Fried Egg with sliced Truffle, red Onion stuffed with Porcini mushrooms and Truffle
- Chocolate Semifreddo with Truffle's powder

At Osteria La Gramola we can arrange for you a real Truffle hunting Tuscany in the Tuscan Woods. Later you can Taste Truffles at our restaurant enjoying a tuscan truffle meal. The hunting is available during the different seasons of the year, in the different typologies that Nature offers.
